What the hell is up with Youtube they delete videos of girls shaking there ass with much being played about 70% time these videos will get deleted this also goes for just about anybody with music being played. Youtube alllows full videos to be uploaded as 1 part last night I saw like 4 or 5 movies uploaded. Allowing videos longer than 20min is dumb on there part not deleting movies will get them sued and shut down. Even if the video quality is kinda crappy with music playing and the music sounds like crap these videos will get deleted. These ass shaking videos will give Youtube so many hits and will never have any problems, full movies will bring Hollywood & MPAA up your asses

For once youtube is not a porn site... Youtube is not allowed to have copyright content, thats why they are in a really bad lawsuit. and if you would like to upload more then the limit, get your damn account verified.

YouTube has become the Jersey Shore of the internet in many ways... mainly for openly promoting stupidity.

Not sure if you guys have been reading the news, i dont read a great deal, but try to keep up with most of it.

Basically, with megaupload being raped, every other filehost took drastic action in order to avoid being on the hitlist, although they already were before they knew it. So what's with google/youtube?. Well, thing is here, if hotfile and the rest of them are sucessfully sued and shutdown, one could perfectly reason that Google is the number one pirate company. After all, you can google just about anything and get it. One could also argue that it isnt google's fault. One could also argue the same if I were the administrator of a forum, and bots were posting warez. So you see, here we have a very interesting situation involving fucking huge companies. This isnt mere speculation. Google are actively fighting hotfile's corner, because it knows that if these cases are sucessful, it too is on the hitlist.

Another interesting fact is that Youtube does not make money. It loses money through the nose every day. Google supports it with its income. But, because it does not run at a profit, it is able to obtain music rights very cheap. So cheap, that it is monetarily profitable to not make a profit. They lose less money by not making a profit, than they would if youtube did make a profit. They also have the number 2 biggest domain in the world (as well as #1 - google.com).

Anyway. i've said too much already. In short: They're being strict to avoid attention.

^since when did youtube loose money rather than make money? ... if thats true then damn, i always thought youtube ranked millions of profits.

youtube is ftw, so stfu and fuckin educate yourself before going all mad at something for no fuckin reason.

Last I was reading about a year or so ago, they lose around 1.6million/day

This is what people do here. They take something they know nothing about and complain when it does not conform to their needs and risk being shut down to support them in something stupid

Thats revenues not profits:facepalm:

Differences between revenue and profits are explained here for you...

And Google doesn't actually reveal true profit figures (just revenue) and analysts therefore claim that this is because of how much they are losing that they dont wish to make this public.

Their estimated annual losses currently stand at anywhere between $200m (ramprate) to $470m (credit suisse) to $700m (citi group) depending on which analysts you trust.

When google bought it from the original owners, it lost more money than it made.

As for if you don't like it... Go watch the videos you want to see on redtube or something. If you don't like it, don't use it.
