yeah fair enough. A few tips though:
Study some basic color theory,
Dont use the bevel and emboss feature EVER when doing web design
Try not to use layer styles in web deisgn(except stroke)
 
Currently hired him for scriptz.org seems like an awesome guy he asks for how we would like the template to be etc awesome guy
