I continue to loose files (Whereas i have a premium account!)
More than 100-150 files yesterday and today...
I took a premium account to avoid this kind of problem, so what's happen??
And i didnt receive an email telling me which files was delete.
Check my account please and stop to erase my files or i'll not stay...

france conversion is good, but still it not reached the tier 1 level, but we planned to move france to tier 1 (not sure we try our best to move france to tier 1), hope new PPD table/tier changes will come to live in coming 1 (october 1, 2014).

japan conversion is very low, so that will continue in same tier, we will analyse for conversion improvement.

Why you dont count jdownloader downloads? I think a host get money from premium sales?... So why block ? Or its because of ads? I think 90% use adblock, so don't care about jdownloader :D other hosts pay for it too. I would like too see that, set ppd to 20€/1000 and count jdownloader or something like that

once our conversion increase means, we count jdownloader, we always do our best.

but our rate is not low, € 11 ($14) for 3 mb file is not low.
and € 25 ($ 32 ) is also not low rate.

Yesterday we added server rack, but one of the server in rack got RAID problem, so guys for few hours you feel little slow (or) some downtime.

Sorry for inconvenience, because adding big server bay is always a headache work, but we finish it soon.

but due to one of the server raid problem we disabled ftp for some time, atleast till finishing the transfer of files from that raid affected server.
