We have checked and I can verify that all downloads have been counted, but please note that downloads are still coming in for your files and traffic has not been stopped. You are still earning. Just give the stats some time to update

Added after 2 minutes:
Storage space will be increased in time if enough premium users exceed 1TB. But we believe that 1TB is plenty of space.
If you are not happy with just 1TB, please pm us and we will consider adding some more space for you
