yesterday i refresh stats page many times and i'm sure that many of downloads not counting cause when i refresh stats get down and refresh again stats increase very fast and another refresh stats go up to normal stats havn't any changes .
 
yup stats were frozen yesterday.
but I guess they are back to normal.
Hope if there is are any uncalculated downloads then it will get solved.
This is one of the best file host i have been using.

Btw on which date is the payout ?

Could you make the font a bit larger? I can't seem to make out which server you're talking about >.<

Just kidding :))

We're aware of the u11 issues and we're working on getting it fixed. It was an issue of it not transferring files over to download servers, so we're in the process of clearing it out!

This is just an update lag when the stats are refreshing - nothing is lost, and you'll notice your stats return to their proper counts! :)

The easiest way to fix this lag is to refresh your stats page over and over and over again :D

It's temporary, all! Nothing is lost, it's just our stats scripts refreshing! :)

ok W,

u11 is (the only) problematic for us also and can confirm that.

It is a bit weird since this prob. is more than 2 months.
