My budget is $25-$30 . I need a torrentflux host which will provide me unmetered bandwith @ 100mbps and 250-300GB space and it should be such that i can add 8 users on my torrentflux.

No not really, i just need one which will provide me 250-300gb space @ 100mbps unmetered. The 8 user part can be ignored but it would be nice.

100 Mbps (10 mg per second download) / lets say 10 user per server = 1 MG/s for each user.
now you want to divide this 1 MG/s between 8 users?!
