Clean theme, do a few minor modifications to it.

Plugins: Ajax Comments, WordPress to Twitter, Related Posts, Google XML Sitemaps, AutoTagger.

Obvious: Content, favicon, logo, categories.

PS: I think your Disclaimer is pretty stupid by the way. Remove the PhotonServers button from the Disclaimer, it probably doesn't look good on them.

any wordpress theme will be good for seo, because its wordpress and google <3 wp
