Ok, So i managed to qualify for a free 1 year SH-1 account via This Thread.

So far, So good
The account was setup in under 10 minutes and staff have been nothing but helpful,
An error i made during signup was fixed within 5 minutes and i also had a reply to a DNS question within 5 minutes.
So all is good so far, seems to be a good service with quick response.

@ultimate0660 what I do not understand that you only say here slow load. When the load is slow this means somebody on the shared use high cpu and when you send any email to support this can be fixed soon. but you only say it here.
