Some of my videos keeps showing error:232011 whether it's already have view count or not. next minute the links is working fine, next couple of minutes it's not and it keeps repeating

Pm me a video where this is happening. I am not seeing these issues on my end but if you see a video where that’s happening now, pm me.

Yesterday a lot of video transferring between servers happened so maybe temporarily you may have faced that yesterday. However today you shouldn’t have any such issues.
 
i checked in several browsers and today again this standard problem, the video can't be played, after 10 tries the video finally played and now it can't be played again, what the hell is this?

Wolf my dear friend, ask your team to finally fix it completely and eliminate this problem...;/

You were likely facing encoding delay but you can pm me the link in question buddy

Much more times i got error, can't login on FTP to upload:
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
How can I fix that??

We will try to reproduce this issue and get back to you. So far we’ve been able to login to ftp perfectly fine but if we can reproduce it somehow we will rectify it asap.
