New server is out!

All accounts should work smooth now. If anyone faces any issue please inform us with a ticket and you will get 100% stratification!
 
Finally everything is fixed and working like before. I am continuing my 4th month with them and they are the best around here. I have 2 sborg with them, one is at USA and one is at Netherlands, both are working very smooth. Netherlands recently faced issues but its all working perfect in no time and I am very happy with their service and support. Recommended.

Yet another wasted day, put in a ticket 25 hours ago and still not working but I did get the worst answer from any support team ever!

This is possibly the worst answer i have ever received from support. none of it made any sense and I waited 5 hours for it.

Let me be clear
I do not have a working sborg. It is not working! I do want to download from FSC and sborg should do that. it is not. I can download the links from FSC to my home pc.
Why do I have to upgrade? There are no "procedure" when you press Upgrade.
But my fave bit. I have to wait for someone from Sales to fix it. Sales?????? WTF do technical support do then? why am I sending tickets to tech support? should they go to sales?
I have had more lost days in the last 6 weeks than I can count and i can tell you all I am sick to death of this. Support Sucks

FSC does not work, getting invalid link each time
the plugin in my rapidleech works for only the old filesonic template
it does not work for the new one

Yes, all new sborgs are always with latest version.

Just add any domain, we need domain just to create accounts! We provide IP to use sborg!

29 1/2 hours since I submitted ticket and it still doesn't work.

Told it has been upgraded but it hasn't. Still got 5.4

again I have to write; this is dreadful service

Edit: 36 hours and still not working
