Will transfer of domain from registrar to another one cost me???

It depends on them, mostly every registrar charges for transfer and the price depends on the domain extension and the registrar
Although you must add some info instead of adding it in the title

To which registrar you want to transfer? as I said according to registrar the prices vary

Namecheap to Godaddy and vice versa ...

Domain transfers are $10. Most of the popular domain providers will also extend your domain for a year, so in the end, it's free.

You may find some not-so-famous domain providers that transfer it for free and also renew it. But there is always a risk choosing one of them.
