Why webmasters don`t bann some spamers but bann people who post mannauly

Hi I`m very furious because i been banned from one forum (name of the forum not important) for break rules , Ok good but why they banned people who upload and post manually but don`t bann spammers (real spammers)

Tell us the reason why you were banned and we can tell you why

first time they will warned you, next time.... permanent banned

if some one clicks on the link and navigate to download page, they wld backtrack for DMCA

very 1st rule of any forum wld be NO SPAMING

Create a new account. Say you were banned for not coding links and your username was XXXXX. Say you were unaware of the rule but if your account is unbanned you will edit and modify all posts to add code tags (you may have to mention over a few days if their are a lot). Mention you are sorry and you want to remain part of the great community etc and you would have corrected the mistake if you were warned first instead of being banned.

Most sites are accommodating in such cases.
