why no search engine friendly urls in wjunction?

well one question coming to my mind.....wjunction is not having search engines friendly urls, why?

bing=7.480 (need atleast in 6 digits)

yahoo-106,427

backlinks according to bing- 3,860

according to yahoo-35

i think our owner should do something regarding this
