Why movie sites change always domain?

Every some months I see sites that change the domain but why they do this?

for example: 123movies, putlocker ( original and clones ) change often the domain name.. .to, .is, .cz, .io, .co an many others.. can someone explain me why this happen?

Why

Besides Netflix, very few of them have a license to upload videos on their site.

The domains probably are taken down by dmca and they are switching ro another ones so they can keep the traffic on.
