Who the Top Server providers?

Hi guys whom do you think are the top dedicated servers provider at a cheap rates to another companies. Which are the original owners of datacenters. The sites which i know are
Softlayer
Leaseweb

If you know any other sites providing cheap dedi, post them here i will add them in the poll and in the last we will see who is the top of them all. The kING lol B-)

Like viruz said, one is in europe and one in the US, they cannot be compared.
There isn't a single 'top provider' and never will be, everyone has benefits and drawbacks.

LeaseWeb has cheap servers u cna get 100tb Servers for like 150 Euros with windows.

While If u buy Directly from Softlayer same server will cost u $400
