hello
today i tried to buy something from ebay via paypal.i had $264 in my paypla.
when i tried to pay everything is ok but paypal said they can not pay right now please resolve this issue.
i loggedin to paypal and see my paypal is limited.i do not know why ?
my paypal is USA account and verified by vcc and bank and also mobile varified.
i want now if anyone can help me to get my money as soon as possible time.
i will give him what he want

Well check you paypal account history
see from which user you got payment.
contact him and say you will refund his money and send it in new acc
i was done this once.
see if still it works.

its a waste of time, did u create this account with real or fake informations?
you can try to verify the cc and phone # but then they ask for more and more verification documents.
Same thing happened to me and I gave up, but fortunately it was a new acc and I only lost 4$ i paid for cc verification
too bad, sorry u lost $264
 
You make paypal with VCC then you must have VCC information
in there have 2 option must you responded just follow that
if you not follow then anyone can't help you

you must waiting 180 day then you allowed to widthdrawal your money via bank or real credit card
 
You can call them and ask them what is wrong. As it seems from the screenshot you posted, you need to confirm your identity and your credit card info.
 
wait for 180days , paypal will allow you to withdraw the money , else ask any ps expert to make fake proof and submit them
