which shared hosting Allows hacking forum/hacking tutorial site?

i know many dedicated servers who allow this but the ones i know that allow this either do not sell shared hosting or do not allow these types of sites in their shared hosting plans. Only their dedi plans. I want to start with shared hosting first until i build content and get more visitors and then i plan to buy dedi.
