PrintScreen for the win . No software needed, just paste it in Paint and save as an image.

However, I usually also use Cross Browser Testing Tool. 200+ Browsers, Mobile, Real IE. or Check Browser Compatibility, Cross Platform Browser Test - Browsershots to make screenshots for me when I need to check how the website I designed looks in different browsers and under different operative systems.

I am using Snagit and it is very useful and easy to work. It can capture screen and record your actions as video file too. In some cases that i didn't have Snagit installed, i used "snipping tool" in windows 7 too and its good too.
