TinyPic & ImgCafe for now, was using img4tw when it was alive.
Since you mentioned you intend on making a tool for users, I just wanted to tell you that imgur has banned Warez-BB, and that's a loss for uploaders to post, and almost everyone shares their uploads over there.
Also a tip, hopefully you'd consider the sites stability before you create the application and not do it on some new site which has been out for a few weeks, if not months and everyone has started to use due to fancy plugins, but won't be able to handle the load in the future and could cause the loss of all Images

i currently see TinyPic and IMGur have more votes , and as u mention 4tw that imgur is banned on wbb so i will check about it. tinypic have captcha system so will not use that, but still waiting for more votes then will decide which host to use in this upcoming free script
