Which filehost have the following?

As we all know FSC was the best till now. I would appreciate if someone could help me find a filehost which has the following.

1. Remote upload option from RS
2. Payment mode - Paypal
3. PPS option - Fixed or %
4. Decent File Manager.

They ran away more than a year ago!
Filehosts have quit Paypal. There are some very few left who offer payment via Paypal.
Fixed PPS option exists in Netload.

If there is a host with PayPal, it will not last long and they loose their PayPal account with all funds frozen for 180 days and most probably will die due to that because they can't pay servers nor uploaders.
So if you want a stable host and not loosing your money, better choose a decent host without PayPal but a good CC payment gateway
