Try using QuickHeal its preety good in removing viruses, I was the main support technical personell for the whole of East Africa, but the only issue is that it got loads of problems, well i dont know about the 2010 version.
Otherwise when i try using QuickHeal to scan for viruses it used to catch more viruses than any other antivirus.
PS> It is high on memory, but i was told the 2010 is much better as it does not consume alot.
You can give it a try may be there is a 2010 cracked version or a trial on their website.
