Which 1 is better when buying expiring domains, High Pr or Good alexa?

I am looking at buying a few expiring domains related to my Niche so i can redirect the traffic to my main site.

The ones with both High PR and great alexa rankings are too much $$ for my budget so i have to pick one or the other.

I found some that are expiring with High Pr 4,5 but alexa ranking is not good.
and i've found some that have only a PR 1 with good alexa rankings.
Which one is better?

PageRank. Alexa is crap, it can't be used to value a domain/website.

You can buy domains with PR but you can lost it quickly after setup new website there.

Alexa Ranking doesn't have a quantitave value .. Its only a qualitative value. I would suggest going for PR but even that wouldnt be too helpful if your content doesnt match up to the level as G algos are quite good(excellent actually) and willl update very soon if you content doesn't match to the PR 1
