Where to host file-hosting/sharing script ?

Depends on what you intend to do to be honest.
You need a VPS or a Dedicated server.
If the script if for a small and selective community then go for a VPS on perhaps a 1 Gbit connection. You can get good unmetered ones as well for this speed.
For a public file-sharing site get a dedicated server.

Provide more information with use and purpose of the script so tht I can assist better

i just don't belive in other file hosts so im gonna opning mine for personal use , its not sounds good but for me its better ,because other cloud backup services don't allow remote upload .

You need to look for a host where the bandwidth cost wont kick you in the face in the case youre giving access to 100 of your best twitter friends.
