On forums for teenagers, fan forums of some actor/band, any site where you can find a lot of teenagers. As they're the ones you're aiming for. You can even tell your hot friend (if you have one) to recommend your site while she's having a cam session on Stickam. Advertising via Stickam works well, especially if the girl is hot. Guys will go and register right away if she's a member or staff.
 
I think what Jason is saying is that word of mouth and getting your link out there is a nice way to get visitors.

Not exactly spam. You need to be a friendly guy to advertise your site on other forums. For example, there is a forum with gory pictures, dead guys, girls, and such. And member comes, and he posts pictures that are fitting the forum. But he's posting watermarked pictures. And yeah, on pictures there's a link to his site. So you can do the same with tutorials, articles, and what not. You add the: "Written by" and "Written for" part.

Stickam idea is different, those guys love to ask chicks questions like; "Are you on Facebook?", or "MySpace", etc. And she just gets your site in the story.

Another thing is that i am not sure where i can buy some ads (not those ads of 1000$ per month)

Neither am I. I'd never buy banner or text ad on any site. The way I see it, It's stupid. Basically, you're throwing your money. Money that you could spend on your girlfriend, mom, father, sister, brother, or even yourself. You can never know for sure will someone click on the banner or not. You can never know for sure if it's worth it at all.

So better go with the "I won't invest, I'll build its reputation myself." method. Trust me, investing money for domain, hosting & XenForo license is more than enough.

Of course, you could always make some contest for your members, and add some cool prizes like giftcard for some site, steam game gift, anything that could show them you care about them. Even though, I'd never do it. (I'm more of a guy who don't like to invest much.)
 
If your product: ie your site, is not ready to be advertised and turn those extra visitors into $$$, then don't advertise yet. Simple terms, you advertise to make MORE money.

I would like to advertise my website about male dysfunction/ generic medicine on porn site which is very popular and has more traffic.can you please assist me...
