A link to another site from your your site is called outbound link. On the other way a link from your site to another site is called outbound link.
 
Outbound Links:- The links which are in your website and when any external user click on it visits to the other site just opposite to the inbound.
 
OBL is important in seo backlinking.. if a site linking to you has low obl then google will give your link more credit

outbound links are number of offsite links on a specific page. In SEO you have to post your link on a page containing less than 40 OBL.

Inbound links Are links that are directly going to your web-site and website page's. They are also called as backlinks to your site.

Outbound links are the links pointing to other websites from your website where inbound links pointing to your site for example, article directories, business websites, government websites, and comments on blogs and articles.
