What I need to build for Vip system ?

Hi everyone,
I have my site and I want to build it vip system (movies, games, music, etc.),
but I'm not able to find the machine type vps more than $ 119 for 8TB
If you know the sites about vps can you write here?
OR must I buy 50gb vps and upload my files to like this site :
egnyte.com, OpenDRIVE, (you can add user here , for download files, like ftp system ) storage is up to 10tb
Where should I start this job?
who has experience about it?
please help me

you can understand it like that:
you pay me price for a month or yearly.
and I give you vip rank on my site
and on my site's links are only directly link, so you can download , games, movies ,songs with full speed connection
 
Yes, dedicated servers are fit for FTP downloads. There are dozens of dedicated providers here on Wj just search the best one.
 
What rate are you planning for VIP system? It needs to be low and your site highly popular to be worth.
Since anyone can simply use alldebrid or similar debrideur and download files from popular filehosts like netload, uploaded, etc. which is more economical and useful.

I can use dedicated server or ready system like egnyte or opendrive ,
Dont worry about price or rates , it will be very good if I can make my ideas :)
