The company owncube.com promises a Money Back Guarantee but they doesn't refund your money. I registered an account, tried their service and it wasn't what I was looking for, so the next day I requested a full refund. They replied me "The cancellation has just been processed and the refund process has already been initiated and will be processed in short time."
After one month, they doesn't reply to my messages and the money it's not back in my account. So, what would you do guys? I'm thinking about reporting this company to the authorities.
