Yes, I'm using their service a few months ago, and the support is good and fast. Network is fast enough for me 
But now I don't use them anymore, nothing bad about them, I just found another good provider, Prometeus/Iperweb/iwStack.
What location do you need?
If it's in EU, you can try Prometeus/InceptionHosting/Onepoundwebhosting/Digital ocean
If it's in US, you can try RamNode/Hostigation/BuyVM/Iniz/BlueVM/Digital Ocean
