Hi Mikho,
the free traffic is spread over a week. For the free review I scheduled the sites to receive from 400 to 600 visitors/day.
Here is a GA screenshot for a site we use to test our traffic (yep.. we test it our self to make sure everything works).
Anyway you can test the traffic yourself: we offer 3,000 visitors for free, just compile the form on our site (it's good enough to evaluate it).
