I am not too sure about the grey background around the login box on the top right hand corner. Just looks odd to me.
Might be a good idea to add the below quoted text all on one box along with the image saying "CHECK HERE TO REGISTER" underneath it, rather than in 2 boxes.
You can just add the <if> code around the image, so only the image disappears when they sign in
Try making the forum names Blue rather than Yellow, or some other colour - will stand out better.
Also, I dont really like the Icons.
Flash on KatzForums made better icons for you guys to replace this.
