Warez website help with MYSQL

Hey guys, I own this website: Free Download - MultiDL
But sometime there have problem with resolving domain, its loading very slow, i tried off Cloudflare and its not helped, so CF isnt the issue.
I have very strong Dedicated Server, Specs:

8GB RAM
2x 1TB SATA2 7K2
1x Intel ® Xeon ® E3 1220
4 coeurs@3.1Ghz, x64, VT

So, i Dont really know what to do ? Why i have this sometime, where it come from?
Im using DirectAdmin, if anyone here can suggest me how to fix this issue, i'll be glad.

Optimize your server, it would help you.

If you are using CF then resolution by CF servers are fast so there is definitely something wrong with your server.

ru sure its db issue, as u have mentioned mysql in title?
if it a sql issue, see which query is taking time to load once you figured it out i can help you to optimise it.
probably you might be having too many triggers??

Hey guys,
It is new dedicated server, there isnt any problems.
I use other websites, and it working clear.
It having some issue in this spesific theme i guess, or in DB of it.

I optimized my db few times, it didnt helped.

What should i do now?
Give me commands i'll check throut SSH.

I think it is a server problem.

No it is not the server, i tested in other servers.
It was the same.

You have a lot of offsite images to load and something called bag that is taking a long time to load.

Also probably a lot of offsite links to ads and google analytics. Any or all of these will cause slow load times.
