Want to create a new forum

Can u plz let me now how ican create a new forum , ?
plz let me know the things which are required,

First you need to have money to buy a domain and hosting. Then you can install some forum software and then you're good to go.

1. Get some money for buying a domain and hosting.
2. Select any of these forum scripts: Vbulletin,Ipb,PhpBB,MyBB,SMF.I recommend Vbulletin(paid) or PhpBB(free).
3. Setup the forum with your script.
4. Hire some uploaders to get content posted on your forum*.
5. Submit your forum to ddl sites and get traffic*.

* Steps 4 and 5 are only required if you are going to setup a warez forum.
