Want to buy .co.nz domain

As subject says I want to buy a .co.nz domain.

What I want is

Preferred payment method is moneybookers/skrill
2nd choice for payment is credit card but I would prefer moneybookers/skrill
There is not third option so if you have the above options please let me know

Registration should be intstantly
I don't want to wait for days just to register a domain.

Domain panel that can let me change the nameservers automatically
I don't like the procedure of forwarding the nameservers to the registrar and they change the nameserver for me I should have control over this.

I should be the owner of the domain
