I need something like that (or better of course):
- 64 MB RAM
- 1 HDD
- 1 GB bandwidth
- good CPU with at least 2 cores for me and allow to use them hardly

You should accept MoneyBookers / AlertPay / Liberty Reserve. Budget max $2/mo. It can be for month only, if you have promotion.

He basically wants to rape 2 cores of the CPU for $2/month. This does not factor in the costs of the IP as the guy above outlined, the time spent in actually deploying this VPS (you're talking an OS install on the 1gb hd not factoring in the space reserved).

I totally forgot about the IP cost Lol. He must be in the wrong planet to ask this offer then.

you should look at lowendbox, but most host that offers such specification doesn't allow any overuse (shared CPU fair usage) so they will kick you out as soon as you start to rape the vps.

One host i know, that has such low ram vps-s is securedragon, but it allows only one core and has to pay yearly. (also no warez)

For the others: as far as i know the ip address is only around 1$ or less if bought in bulk.
 
Just checked securedragon, They got a monthly pay plan too, But that's 2.49$/Month.
Dedicated/Burst RAM - 128-256MB
10GB HD & 500GB Bandwidth.
Rest are Yearly Plans!
