At the moment you are not popular, and downloaders was cheating by a lot of new Hosts. So in the beginning only few people will buy premium and the result is Uploader work with PPD because of this situation.

It will change if you got a good reputation by Downloaders (Uploaders as well, but it seems that you ignore them. For example no cheaper Create/Extend Premium with own earnings than normal, also changing PPD-Table in only 1 week to 1/3. How should Uploader trust you to work with you? Next week the rate is $ 2 or so). So you have to life 2-3 months, than everybody knows you are not running away after earning some cash.

1. We have both PayPal & PaymentWall (Credit/Debit Card, Prepaid Card, Bank Transfer etc.)
What payment processor do you suggest?

2. We do not ignore uploaders, we try our best to help them. We also provide Skype messaging support.

3. PPD Table - Hopefully will not have to be changed once again But we would rather be able to afford paying our uploaders Than not be able to afford it resulting in not paying.

4. Cheaper Create/Extend Premium with own earnings - Very interesting. Had not thought about that. What price do you suggest?

5. We will be around for long. We will not run. We hope to gain a lot of trust.

Earnings also depend on the file size.
Upload bigger files = more earnings.

1 Month = 6,99 - 7,99 (Filesonic and Wupload was 5)

3 Month = 15,99

6 Month = 24,99

That were good prices to extend Accounts for Uploaders. Also begging for free-premium should ending and Uploaders can keep their files longer alive.

For Registered Users: Files are stored within 30 days from the last download. And For Premium Users: Files are stored within 180 days from the last download.

You can still earn $30 per 1000 DLs, if you upload a file 2GB+ and is downloaded in Tier 1 countries.

Oh Yeah, and the next changing.

Germany now counted as Tier 2 without information of changing.

So Rates gonna down (for example > 100 MB) from $ 14 to $ 2,50.

Thats really a joke. Yesterday decreased to $ 5, today changing from Tier 1 to Tier 2.

You wrote that WebMoney is very difficult and expensive for you. But it is very easy for the bank transfer. Here, on their official website, a detailed account of all types add funds. Fee for transfer is quite small, not 50%, a maximum of 3%.

I hope to study the information on their website, you can easily add this payment system for payments.

Many European and US file hosting use Webmoney with no problems and such a huge transfer fee by about which you wrote.
