No, you can upload videos up to 5 GB.

Videos inactive (no views) for 30 days are deleted.

Subtitles can be added/changed after upload in User CP.

Tried to upload file 3.16GB got error "File too big. Max size allowed is 5000MB"

The features are not totally defined yet, but videos won't be removed for inactivity for premium users.

I try your service its very good but you must completely change embed code for video,becouse its bad coded,consider to change it,something like [videomega]code here[/videomega],also add remote upload for youtube or similiar sites,one more thing every files share site must consider about MU,they are back in game and comming free of charge.
