Video Editing Software ?

HI

I have a Video in which i have to attach my own audio ... I want to keep the Video's audio too because in this video when People talk then Video's audio play and when they shows scene it plays my own audio file .. ?

Something like higher and lower option should be in that Video editing software ...

Much appreciated your input... It is my first project ..

Premiere may be the best option for what you're looking for, but After Effects is useful too.

They actually complete each other.
