Video editing apps that allow image ontop of video?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a simple movie editor that allows trimming and most importantly able to add images ontop of the video (example to cover watermark)..i tried window live movie editor but it doesn't have this features

EDIT: also VideoCharge is really fast because it doesn't make you reencode the video, as long as you're not converting it.

I generally use MeGUI with Avisynth for almost every video encoding. It takes time to learn things but it's worth it. You can encode virtually every format on it too.
