I've seen many people use VCCs for PP and such but are they viable for using for legit online purchases?

Any reputed suppliers? (non-WJ) Proper website i meant.

VCC or any disscussion related to it is not allowed here, anyway yes you can verify your PayPal account with it, try a Google Search it will show you tons of VCC Providers, good luck.

I saw a lot of kiddie sites selling them, just wanted to ask if someone knows a decent site. well reputed or something.
