Hiring vB 4 Skin Coder [ NO PSDs, only CDRs ]

I am looking for a coder who can code CDR files ( made from CorelDraw X5 ).
I do not care if he transferrers things from CDR to PSD and then coder or w/e but I need someone who can code a vb skin made in CDR.

I also have other projects for which the coder can earn $$

Slicing images for web in Photoshop is easy....I don't know if there is a option of Slicing images in Corel Draw...as I don't use it.

I can do it, easy. I don't like corel but I do have it, i'll port it to PS and go from there.. PM for price
