it's a good news,and i think you should decrease the time download second file to 5 or 10 minutes ,and increase the speed download for free user,it will be better because your host have many troulbe now,it make uploader don't trust you and downloader scare your host terrible speed download ,and many new host with good rates appear to compete with you now
