hi friends i need a help about window 7 boot from command DOS like we run windows 98 ... becuse i have windows 7 backup in my pc.. i have no dvd rom

simple i have window7 backup in my D drive..
i have no dvd rom..
now i restart my pc and go to msdos with help of any bootable cd ok...
now tell me how to run windows 7 from dos because when i type setup and enter its not working..
