@ renado ... please answer my question, why has the free user download speed been capped (its less than 2MB/s now) .. free download speed used to easily reach 20MB/s or more before ??????

EDIT: seems to have been just a temporary issue but thanks anyway

we have started payment process even with some small issues with this paypal while sending
anyway we paid about 20% of the uploaders not just 2 as krimish said

the money is ready and available to be paid to the uploader the only reason that payment late is paypal account at my country not from my side
kindly know that
