I'm currently trying it. And here's my feedback.
1. Only the "Flash Resize Advanced" option have the thumbnail resize option usually we have this option for the flash upload and regular upload too.
2. I tried resizing my thumbnail to 100x100 using the above option but it doesn't do it. It always sizes the thumbnail to 200x200 regardless of what option i choose.
3. I'm getting a trial version popup when uploading

1) We desactivate that fonction and replace it with onther one. And we have that option in normal and flash please recheck carefully.
2) I just tried to rezising to 100x100 and it works perfectly in normal and flash uploader.
3) Normaly it will not.
