I can not found Alert Pay payment option on uploading.com. Here i saw three payment option which is Webmoney / Paypal / Epese . How i transfer my earning to my alertpay account ?

yesterday i abord my request payement on webmoney but my status decreasing by support of uploading from "ultra" to power but it's normal because i have just 7 sales in this week but in this day i request payement in alertpay and onther time he decrease me to status "base".
in one day i'm decraeasing from ultra to base?????
