Dear Customer,

we apologize for any delay regarding this issue.
We performed many optimisations regarding our outpayment system.
Therefore we're currently forced to delay our outpayments, since we've a huge demand for the various new systems.
Our general service level determines a maximum delay of 30 working days after application of an outpayment.
