Why dont undrstand people its not just ul - evry filehost facing problem with pp! Lyk all of them! Just choose a different payout!

they have already made an anouncement here that paypal restricted them and they sent the necessary papers to paypal to resolve this issue. but based on the posts here most of you dont deserve an explanation you deserve whaat fileserve or filesonic or oron did.

simpler to say than do :facepalm: you can not choose different payout if paypal payout is pending. cant cancel also because seems that ul.to support is buzy with other things

what "something new" , who will come up with something new before they see what happens with ACTA. Most probably the EU parliament will not accept it but till June 16th USA government will try to close everything .
Bad thing is they dont care about any local laws, they only cry for theyr copyrights.

they've been down for a few times before guys even when it was at a normal situation, I remembered getting compensated a few days of premium coz it was down for a day and a half
