I'm also having that problem, it's been 2 weeks since my payment status changed to Paid but I haven't got any payment in my bank account yet. Why did they change the status in the first place, do they think we are stupid and we don't check our bank accounts?

My WME payout was also rejected due to non-compliance with clause 3.2 which is ****. Clause 3.2 says that documents are needed if "If the total deposits made to WME purses exceed 2500 WME during one calendar year" while in my case, I had never received any payments to my WME account in the past year and the payment I was supposed to receive was just 100 EUR. I'm going to contact Webmoney support and see what it is all about.

P.S. For people whose payments were rejected, what happened to your money? Did it go back to your Uploaded.to account?

@maftul are you sure your country is allowed to have wme?

The email I received from Webmoney clearly says Clause 3.2, which is about the 2500 WME limit per year. My country of birth is in the restricted list but I currently live in an allowed country and I had already updated my location in my Webmoney passport. I'm mostly concerned as to what will happen to the money since the payment log in my account now says that the payment has been made.

WME cannot be received because my country is restricted list !!! those WM motherfuckers !!
I want to receive via BitCoin but i never used it before ?
Can somebody tell me how it works ?

As it turns out, Webmoney's automated email about clause 3.2 is actually not about clause 3.2 but rather, clause 2, restricted countries. They claim my payment has been rejected since the info I had initially provided when I opened the account pointed to a restricted country and even though I don't live there anymore and have already updated my address, I should provide documents to prove it. Obviously I'm not going to do that. The money has gone back to UL, I already contacted their support and got a reply that my problem has been forwarded to the appropriate department. If I get the money back, I'll withdraw through Bitcoin this time. I'm also going to completely stop using Webmoney, if I wanted to "upload documents", I would use Paypal, not Webmoney...
