Uploaded.net Down for Only Me (Help)

Guys, As the title says, Uploaded.net does not even load in my lap here..
and I guess its fine in other parts of the world,

The thing is it does even try to load properly, just stops like that after a second.
So really need ur help on this.

P.S: Tried on all other browser, Tried all the basic things of renewing ma ip and cleaning all browser issues(cookies, caches etc)...
nothin related to the site appears, files.. anything..

I live in india, Yea I heard that many sites are not working here in india, Does Connection network really matter, By the way my home network is Beam telecom..

EDIT:

anyHow, To use Uploaded or Dp, use https in the front.

eX: https://uploaded.net/
and the site appears.
