Just wanted to update everybody, today I did receive a partial payment from UploadTo.Us (~40% of what is owed to me). So they definitely are slowly catching up with their affiliates.

My guess is that they've gotten their funds hung up in the payment processor or something and that the new company's payment processor is generating enough sales to start clearing up the old debt that is likely still frozen (I think it usually takes a few months for these funds to get unfrozen).

To be quite honest, over the last few days I was increasingly starting to loose faith that the new management of UploadTo.Us was going to fuck over all the former Ultramegabit affiliates. However when I saw the partial payment arrive today these concerns were put to rest.

Also, rumor has it that UploadTo.Us is currently working on giving their UI a facelift which is why they still don't have a logo or anything. It'll be interesting to see what they produce because the UI definitely can use a nice reboot.

Lastly, what was pretty ironic on the day that UploadTo.Us sent me the partial payment of the Ultramegabit debt; I noticed that FileOM which was a 100% scam host that burned me A LOT OF MONEY, went offline.

I have also made 6 sales today and they don't have the decency to even respond to my tickets.

I am going to delete all my files and recommend to all my users to do a charge back on their payments.

Since the change to Uploadto, they don't respect their affiliate program so after more than 2 months of silence, I guess we can objectively say they are a scam host (or should we wait for a few more months? bullshit...).

Even if they have issues to fix (and I can understand that), it would take them less than 5 minutes to send a general message to their affiliates. I don't know Peter South and have nothing against him but for me it's clear they are using him to give us hope. If they were legit, they would communicate, it's as simple as that.

I'll try to contact support for the last time today and if I don't get any answer before tomorrow, I'll tell my users to ask their bank a charge back (and a lot of them will follow me).
 
If soon is not today, it's too late (it could be next week, next month, in 2015...). Delayed payouts are understandable considering the situation but nothing justifies their silence.

Has anyone had any contact with anyone from uploadto.us recently? its looking like the only option left is to delete all my files.
 
Give up guys. They do not show any respect for their affiliates, even if they pay, I do not think I will continue to work with them. And I do not think they will pay.
 
I am in the process of moving all my files and then I will delete them all from uploadto.us and advise any of my users that get rebilled to do a charge back, ******* scammers.
